I am an industrial engineer, graduated at the ITBA (2004) with a Master in Business Administration completed at the IAE (2010). During 2019, I finished my studies as a IS09001:2015 Lead Auditor in TÜV Rheinland Argentina and as a Web Full Stack Developer at Digital House .
Throughout my career, I have had several positions, such as Plant Manager, Operation Manager, Regional Technical Service Manager and Finance and Administration Manager, leading multiple projects within every area.
I have worked in multinational companies –both German and American-, as well as in Argentine Small & Medium-Sized Companies. I have a passion for new technologies, applying them in order to provide state-of-the-art and fast solutions to the needs of the business. Full command of Spanish , English and German.
My favorite pastimes are spending time with my family, practicing water-sports and enjoying life outdoors
Survey of the companies´ process map, aimed at putting into order, sectorizing and plotting in a graph the business´ activities, spotting critical tasks and issues to be improved.
Drafting of procedures, operation and instructions manuals, achieving the consultation base within the organization, while making the people independent from the processes.
Taking advantage of my knowledge of both fields -business andsystems-, I implement and improve customized systems, working side by side with the software developers, programmers, applying agile methodologies, so as to optimize the potential of the tool used in the company.
Design and assembly of control panels for the whole company, detecting the key indicators for each department, carrying out a continuous follow-up so as to anticipate to any bias in the operation.
Drafting of job profiles, organization, training and creation of work teams.
Document preparation aimed at obtaining the ISO9001:2015 certification.
As a final Project in the Course of Full Stack Web Developer in Digital House ,we developed an E-Commerce in PHP using Laravel as framework and MySQL Database for the BackEnd.
For the FrontEnd Bootstrap Bootstrap was incorporated, together with Javascript behavior elements.
